IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At IMA India Private Limited, I coordinate stakeholder engagement and meeting schedules for CHRO and CXO audiences across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. I grew quarterly CHRO forum attendance from 23 to 52 members across three consecutive quarters by managing Zoho CRM campaigns, follow-up workflows, and pipeline tracking.
I manage logistics for briefing sessions at 5-star properties, including vendor coordination and preparation of session materials. I also build client relationships through direct engagement at in-person sessions and use AI tools to streamline communication and follow-ups.
At Aloft Hotels, Bangalore ORR, I assisted with training sessions, interviewing and onboarding, internal awards events, and employee newsletters during my HR internship. At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I processed employee cab-service vendor invoices, coordinated billing discrepancy resolution, and submitted reconciliation reports to Finance.
