As Aniview India's sole HR Business Partner, I became the people partner for India employees and Israel leadership. I built HR policies and processes, supported performance cycles, engagement programs, compensation planning, payroll coordination, vendor relationships, and remote-team administration.

Across my career, I've delivered full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles, led campus and walk-in drives, and worked with global hiring teams across India, the USA, UAE, Canada, and the UK.
