I am a Program Manager with experience leading multi-functional professional services, managed services, and managed security services programs, focused on delivery assurance, tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation. I work closely with clients to develop customized implementation plans and monitor project progress to ensure milestones and budgets are met.

I collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product development to ensure customer needs are incorporated into company activities, monitor customer satisfaction, and manage customer service and support teams to resolve issues promptly. I also provide dashboard analysis and day-to-day activity reports to customers and monitor customer data and servers for uninterrupted service.
