At Ernst & Young (EY), I design and develop Pega Infinity solutions for FAA drone waivers, including waiver management cases, workflows, and Constellation UI customizations.

For State Farm Insurance, I led an enterprise Pega Customer Decisioning Hub implementation. I developed Next Best Action capabilities, built predictive and adaptive models, and integrated PMML models with Amazon SageMaker outputs.

At General Motors, I worked on decisioning platforms for OnStar and dealerships, including a migration from Chordiant CDM to Pega and a customer entitlement and package recommendation framework.
