I’m looking for a role where I can use Pega’s latest features and GenAI automation to build secure, scalable case management solutions—collaborating in SAFe teams to streamline workflows, deliver reusable components, and integrate enterprise systems end to end.

I’m a Pega Senior SystemArchitect with over 6+ years designing and deploying scalable enterprise solutions. I integrate complex systems, optimize workflows, and strengthen client relationships using technologies like Pega GenAI Blueprint, React, and REST Connectors.

In the USDA/NRCS NPAS program, I helped build and enhance a multi-portal platform for landowners and agricultural stakeholders. I developed and deployed Pega applications using GenAI to automate content creation for customer service email responses, designed automated workflow happy/alternate paths, and implemented Pega Case Management for digitizing application/grant/project submission and resource management.

I also deliver secure, reusable, low-code solutions aligned with SAFe best practices.
