Implemented Allow-to-Sell core logic using predefined business rules to determine equipment sales eligibility by country/region/organization. Worked on Pega Constellation (AI chatbot/voice AI/knowledge buddy) and migration activities to move data from the existing EAP system to Pega.

Supported multiple pharmacy applications including AutoRecoup claim processing and Performance Guarantee claim approval. Led Pega upgrade activities across versions from 7.1 to Infinity.

Developed PRPC components for the HP CHATS / Kaiser Relationship system that aggregates member information from multiple source systems. Led end-to-end design and development and performed production troubleshooting using Tracer/Clipboard, Dynatrace, and PDC.

Worked with WebSphere integration tooling and implemented adapters/bindings, fault handling, and mediation primitives including message filtering and XSL transformations.

Developed mediation flows and BPEL processes with human tasks for the Cornerstone application supporting agent services. Implemented HumanTask clients and JAX-WS services, configured escalations and people assignments, and integrated with FileNet and Xpressions.
