What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine linguistic QA, localization accuracy, and AI evaluation—testing prompts and TTS/STT outputs with clear criteria, collaborating closely, and using findings to improve product quality and multilingual user experiences.

I’m a Linguistics postgraduate and an Associate Translator who bridges language expertise with structured AI quality evaluation. In my work, I test and verify chat and audio processing outputs across multiple text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) systems and LLMs, using defined criteria for accuracy, naturalness, consistency, and hallucination detection.

I also run simulated inbound customer-support call testing—role-playing as the customer, rating bot query handling, and feeding results into prompt tuning (10–20 calls/day), which helped improve prompt performance and reduce call volume. Alongside AI testing, I deliver localization and ad-content QA by validating source-to-target matches and layout consistency across JSON/DOC workflows, and I handle subtitle editing and bilingual (Malayalam–English) time-aligned review for multiple audio files daily.
