At Dyson, I designed how Total Restore, its first paid service, appears across the website and customer account, including checkout details such as mixed baskets, eligibility, cancellations and availability. I used Claude to explore edge cases before design and to prototype working states for reviews.
For the Play Pedagogy Award Website, I interviewed teachers and headteachers and audited the Award Lead’s workflow. The research reshaped the messaging and registration flow; I also created a WCAG 2.2 design system and a working members-portal prototype that halved design time.
On the executive coaching website for Selina Suresh, I led UX/UI from discovery to production-ready handoff and redesigned the booking flow based on research. Monthly enquiries rose from 2–3 to 8–10 after launch. Seven years in textile and visual design shaped how I work with layout, colour and type.
