I've led NHS Digital product-design sprint work with TRIAD, resolving competing clinician and patient requirements into a single set of flows. My work was validated at 100% task success and SUS 81.2, and I built a working React front end using Figma Dev Mode and Claude Design.
I'm completing a First Class UX Experience Design degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and have taken a non-profit product from concept to market as Product Lead and Publicity Officer. I also built and maintained a visual system across 50+ digital assets, secured sponsorship, and bring operations experience managing patient and clinician scheduling in a high-volume clinic.
