What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create accessible, customer-first web and mobile products, contributing across user research, product discovery, prototyping, usability evaluation, design systems, and developer handoff within cross-functional agile teams.

At Capgemini Technology Services, I redesigned employee and healthcare digital experiences from user research and journey analysis through prototyping, usability testing, and stakeholder validation, reducing identified usability issues by 80%.
