At Seasalt, I led a cross-functional audit and journey map from discovery to post-purchase, then tested changes that lifted conversion by around 15%. I also introduced a fit-checker across product pages and designed a rewards programme.
At Joules, I redesigned mobile checkout and tested a one-page flow that reduced purchase drop-off. I also rebuilt on-site search and ran a structured A/B testing programme using customer data.
In my current freelance work, I design end-to-end products, turning loose briefs into clear problems, research, user flows, prototypes and developer handoff. For Laatch, I designed a pre-launch landing page for a night-time support app for new parents, including an AI trust section showing a real exchange and naming its sources.
I also designed Tails, a personal concept for booking a trusted local dog walker, with onboarding, matching and bookings. I frame problems as testable hypotheses, learn from real people, and use Claude Code and other AI tools in my daily workflow.
