What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles leading ERP delivery or governance-focused programmes where I can apply structured control, testing leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management to de-risk complex transformations.

I am a dynamic Senior Project Manager with 26 years' experience delivering complex, multi-site ERP transformation and change programmes across public sector and shared services. I have led full project lifecycles across SAP (12 programmes), Agresso/Unit4 (4) and Oracle Fusion, driving delivery from business case through cutover and hypercare.

I am recognised for strong governance, risk management and structured delivery, stabilising complex programmes, embedding control frameworks and leading multidisciplinary teams through significant organisational and technical change. I am technically fluent across ERP platforms, integrations, data, security roles and release processes, with deep experience in test leadership, change control and vendor management.

Currently I am undertaking a Cyber Security GRC certification to pivot into cyber-aligned governance, risk and assurance roles. I seek roles where I can apply my delivery leadership, governance expertise and testing rigour to de-risk major ERP or governance programmes and support organisational transformation.
