I've improved omnichannel distribution and inventory operations at Tailored Brands, spanning e-commerce fulfillment, retail store replenishment, rental inventory, and reverse logistics.
As a Distribution Analyst, I investigated vendor non-compliance and returns discrepancies that generated more than $40K in chargebacks in my first month. I also automated inventory workflows with IT and Retail teams, rewrote routing-guide SOPs, developed five reporting SOPs, and trained a two-person team on chargeback management.
At HP Inc., I built an automated Power BI dashboard connected directly to SharePoint, giving leadership a daily view of capacity, open orders, and shipped inventory. I standardized factory order tracking, mapped end-to-end processes using SCOR, and began developing an AI agent to combine historical trends with live operational data.
I'm pursuing double majors in Supply Chain & Logistics Technology and Economics at the University of Houston, with a minor in Purchasing. I also lead student organizations, build career pipelines, and apply Lean Six Sigma, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to make operations more visible and efficient.
