What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply data analysis, KPI reporting, and process improvement skills in supply chain or operations roles that improve efficiency, service reliability, and day-to-day performance.

I'm currently improving transportation and terminal performance at Midwest Express Co. by analyzing daily operational data, tracking KPIs, and identifying service risks before targets are missed.

I work across drivers, dispatch, customers, and leadership to resolve issues quickly and recommend dispatch and workflow improvements that reduce delays and strengthen on-time freight movement.

At Menards, I supported receiving, processing, and shipping operations while building reports, analyzing workflow bottlenecks, and helping implement productivity improvements across the distribution center.

My background combines Management Information Systems and Supply Chain Management with hands-on operational analysis in transportation, distribution, and retail. I use Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and Python to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
