Led end-to-end UX: journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing across 12+ branches.

Designed an AI-driven women’s health assistant with conversational flow, period tracker, and care packages. Led interface design using Visily.ai and Figma; prototyped chat interface in Voiceflow and deployed on Replit.

Redesigned four partner-facing logistics applications, enhancing usability across critical flows such as delivery confirmation and payment validation. Improved delivery scheduling efficiency and reduced manual processing errors by 2.3%.
