At Crest Ridge Saddlery, I coordinate the daily operations of a custom saddle manufacturing business, from customer orders and vendor purchasing to inventory and shipping. I recommended a product design modification that reduced use of an expensive material while improving rider fit, and identified a local foam source that eliminated freight expense.
I'm leading development of the Crest Ridge Operating System to centralize operating knowledge, document procedures, and make delegation easier. Earlier, at NYK Logistics, I coordinated time-sensitive freight movements, carrier relationships, pricing, and customer communication.
