What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-focused role where I can deliver dependable customer service—supporting scheduling and coverage when needed, keeping processes organized, and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations in a respectful team.

I’m a customer-focused professional currently working as a Key holder at Dollar General, where I provide service through checkout, guide customers with product recommendations, stock shelves, and manage end of day procedures.

Previously, I worked as a Patient access coordinator at Baptist health Louisville, supporting patients through scheduling and insurance coverage. I’m confident communicating clearly and coordinating next steps to help patients move forward.

I also have warehouse experience as an Unloader/Retaper with UPS, maintaining a clean and safe working environment while unloading and moving packages efficiently. I bring strong organization, interpersonal skills, and reliable service to every role.
