I’m a retail Key Holder who builds strong customer experiences through “excellent customer service,” active support of associates, and careful attention to detail in day-to-day operations.

In my current role at Honey Baked Ham, I supervise activities of associates, substitute for store managers as needed, and help keep stores running smoothly by maintaining “accuracy in POS systems,” delegating tasks, and assisting with training new staff members.

I also handle key operational responsibilities—authorizing returns, supporting inventory control, and executing “safe and secure opening and closing procedures”—so teams can work confidently and consistently.

Earlier experience as a Lidl Store Associate and as a packer at Syncreon and Plastic Omnium strengthened my reliability in order execution: I “pick orders,” inspect materials, pack orders, keep areas clean, and use computers and scanners to get products ready efficiently.
