I'm a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist with 8 years of experience across CRM management, email marketing, and customer relationship workflows.

I help businesses organize customer and lead data, improve follow-up processes, build email campaigns, and implement automation workflows that support better customer engagement and business operations.

My experience spans CRM administration, lead management, pipeline organization, email campaign execution, audience segmentation, customer nurturing, and workflow automation. I have worked with tools including GoHighLevel, Lofty, Follow Up Boss, KVCore, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, and other marketing and CRM platforms, depending on project requirements.
