I'm looking for a client-facing project or operations role where I can lead cross-functional initiatives, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and deliver efficient service and implementation outcomes.

I currently manage post-sale bank relationships at BLU Ai, onboarding clients, delivering loyalty software training, and helping banks optimize adoption and account performance.

Previously, I led business support operations at Korn Ferry, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, service delivery, operational procedures, RFP submissions, and marketing events.

At Subway MEAP, I spent nearly a decade managing franchisee service and regional projects, including store openings, marketing campaigns, budgets, procurement, and the Subway Digital Project.
