In this moment I help hotel owners set up their properties and connect to main platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb through practical onboarding coaching. Onboarding coach is a role that involvers multilingual training. I am doing it in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and French.

With more than 20 years of experience, I’m comfortable bringing different cultures and turning complex setup needs into clear, confident action. I’ve also managed onboarding and coordination work remotely in Europe, aligning stakeholders and keeping momentum.

Earlier in my career, I handled office management and reception for environments with 45 people and around 50 events per year, including high-stakes moments like World Championships and Olympic Games. I also contributed through translation and copywriting across English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.

Before that, I worked onboard as an Assistant Purser / International Hostess with contracts supporting translation, tour guide responsibilities, and onboard document communication. Today, I bring that same clarity and people-focus to onboarding—backed by tools like Zendesk and Salesforce and strong teaching and communication skills.
