What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR opportunity where I can contribute to talent management, recruitment, international HRM, DEI, and employee development while growing through cross-cultural collaboration and sustainable HR practices.

I’m completing a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management in Europe at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, with research on immigrant workers and strategic talent management in the hotel industry across Romania and Norway.

I bring academic focus in talent management, recruitment and selection, employee engagement, expatriate management, learning and development, performance management, European labour law, and sustainable HRM. My interests include international HRM, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee development.

I also organized Interculturalia 2025, coordinating logistics, schedules, volunteers, presenter communication, abstracts, and on-site operational issues.
