What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a recruitment/HR role where I can own the end-to-end candidate experience—screening, interviews, offers, onboarding—while improving HR processes, supporting compliance, and helping teams collaborate with clear communication.

I love connecting the right people with the right teams, and I approach recruitment as more than resumes and job descriptions. I focus on understanding people’s strengths and what helps them thrive in a workplace.

In my current role, I manage the full recruitment and onboarding process to ensure candidates have a smooth, positive experience from the first conversation to their first day. I handle candidate screening, interview coordination, and employee onboarding & offboarding, while keeping HR documentation accurate, compliant, and well organized.

I also support payroll coordination, employee records management, and HR compliance, working closely with different departments to maintain clear internal communication. As the company grows, I help design and implement scalable HR processes and contribute to internal events that strengthen company culture.

Before focusing on HR, I gained additional operational experience in accounting and customer support—handling invoicing and payments, and managing incoming orders and fulfillment coordination. That background helps me stay organized, communicate clearly, and support teams end-to-end.
