What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build on my talent acquisition experience and further develop my knowledge in another area of HR, such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion, internal communication, or learning and development.

At Kaufland Romania & Moldova, I manage end-to-end recruitment for Marketing and HR in Romania and Moldova, as well as for 40 stores in the South-East region. I partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs and selection quality, and coordinate staffing campaigns for new store openings.

I also contribute to employer branding, from national festival activations to recruitment content and the company's internal podcast. Through career workshops and university events, I support early-career candidates, and as a member of the ACCES team, I advise colleagues and managers on inclusive hiring and workplace accommodations.

Earlier, at ING Bank, I supported full-cycle recruitment and conducted exit interviews. At IsenseSolutions, I trained and supported field operators, recruited operators and focus group respondents, and handled online panel communication and questionnaire translation.
