I’m looking for an IT team where I can own troubleshooting end-to-end, support systems reliably, and grow into deeper administration and infrastructure work. I value strong documentation, clear SLAs, and opportunities to continuously learn.

I’m transitioning from customer service into IT Support and Systems Administration, backed by the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and hands-on technical exposure. I’m known for quickly diagnosing user-impacting issues and staying calm under pressure when incidents need fast resolution.

In high-volume technical customer support, I maintained strong SLA alignment while troubleshooting account and application problems using structured analysis and root-cause thinking. I also supported new hires by leading onboarding and mentoring cohorts to full production readiness, and I was recognized as a Best Performer during multiple evaluation periods.

On the systems side, I’ve architected and maintained multi-platform environments across Windows and Linux, including dual-boot configurations and resource optimization. From assembling desktops to OS hardening and privacy-focused configuration (including PowerShell automation and bloatware removal), my goal is simple: improve reliability, security, and user uptime.
