I seek a property- or portfolio-level management role where I can improve NOI, ensure compliance, train teams, and enhance resident retention within a collaborative organization.

I am a hardworking, reliable property management professional with extensive experience in leasing, compliance, and team leadership. I maintain a strong focus on resident satisfaction and financial performance, currently managing a 100-unit high-rise with 100% occupancy.

My background includes regional management and oversight of multiple departments—accounts receivable, HR, compliance, and marketing—across multi-state portfolios. I have hands-on experience with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, EIV, and fair housing requirements, and I routinely perform audits, recertifications, and financial reporting.

I train and recruit staff, lead onboarding for new acquisitions, and support lease-ups and marketing efforts. My strengths include collections, budgeting, vendor management, payroll oversight, and driving NOI improvements through operational excellence.

I hold certifications in Fair Housing, EIV, CPR, and Department of Defense Cyber Security training, and I am authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to relocate anywhere. I bring a solutions-oriented attitude and a track record of improving property performance and resident retention.
