At SAP, I’m part of a newly created global team running end-to-end bonus operations for ~30,000 sellers worldwide. I set up plan KPIs, validate quotas and attainment, and calculate and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual payouts.
In my Compensation CoE Specialist role, I supported sales compensation for US and Canada sales reps and owned bonus payout processing. I configured compensation rules in SAP Callidus and answered seller questions about plans, attainment, and payouts.
I built an automated Excel reconciliation workbook that cross-checks data across systems before final bonus payouts. It replaced a manual multi-system check and saved hours at every month-end close.
Earlier at SAP Education, I acted as an intermediary between SAP and external clients for system training, creating courses, booking participants, invoicing, and supporting customers. Alongside my studies, I also worked on architecture and construction projects, managing sites and budgets and producing 2D/3D designs and renderings.
