I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can manage trust & safety/escalations within SLA, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, and improve processes—while using my Excel, documentation, and communication skills to deliver consistently high service quality.

I’m a Trust and Safety Associate with 6.6 years of experience at Accenture Solutions Private Limited, where I respond to customer and stakeholder queries and handle service requests and escalations within SLA timelines.

I coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, maintain accurate records and documentation, and support operational processes that keep service quality high. I’ve also worked as a quality head and acting team lead in my current role.

I bring a strong, practical approach to complaint resolution, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. In parallel, I’ve handled an SAP MMD implementation project, including PR/PO workflow and batch management using SAP ECC.
