I'm transitioning toward Customer Success, Operations, Client Experience, and Remote Business Support roles within global SaaS, EdTech, and technology-driven organizations. I'm pursuing an MBA and have a strong interest in operational efficiency, customer engagement, and remote collaboration.

At KoenigSolutions Pvt Ltd, I managed relationships with global B2B and B2C clients and supported them through consultation, onboarding, coordination, and ongoing service. I advised IT professionals and organizations on certification programs and technology learning solutions in a fully remote environment.
