I’m seeking roles in talent management, organisational development, L&D, people analytics or workforce planning with a multinational organisation.

At Octopus Energy Services, I plan and coordinate low-carbon technology installations across the UK, assigning engineers by skill set, travel time and distance. I use HubSpot and Kraken Field to keep bookings accurate and workflows efficient.

At University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, I researched and developed Situational Judgement Tests for senior-band recruitment and training. I also conducted job analysis and success profiling to align competencies with organisational needs.

I designed and led developmental workshops, built and launched a Diversity and Inclusion training module on the NHS e-learning platform, and reviewed the Staff Psychological Support Service for accessibility and cultural sensitivity. I analysed qualitative data using thematic analysis and reported findings with Excel and PowerPoint.

My MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at the University of Sussex explored how Green HRM and organisational support for the environment help turn employees’ sustainability intentions into action.
