What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my HR foundation into a fast-paced IT or technology environment, with a strong interest in tech talent acquisition, HR operations, and HR tech tools.

At Mideast Pipeline Products, I manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 250+ employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

I coordinate the recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing and resume screening through interviews and reference checks. I also represented the organization at 50+ campus placement drives and mentor interns through onboarding and day-to-day guidance.

I lead new-hire onboarding and maintain employee records and HR documentation. I also support performance management and coordinate training sessions and employee engagement events.

At Amcor International, I managed invoicing, dispatch coordination, and inventory for material orders. I'm now looking to bring my HR foundation into a fast-paced IT or technology environment, with particular interest in tech talent acquisition, HR operations, and HR tech tools.
