What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own recruitment and onboarding, strengthen employee relations through compliant documentation, and support payroll/benefits with accuracy—while continuing my professional development through continuous HR growth.

I’m a Human Resources professional with nearly 4 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, and compliance. I support workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management, while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

In my current role as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Palms Turks and Caicos, I manage recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, employee record maintenance, labor law compliance documentation, payroll support, benefits enrollment support, and employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary/investigation documentation.
