I'm seeking an opportunity with a reputable organization where I can contribute practical experience in customer service, administration, client relations, and operations while continuing to learn, demonstrate my abilities, and deliver results.

I've provided independent private home care across the Turks & Caicos Islands, United States, and Bahamas, supporting seniors with daily routines, companionship, appointments, transportation coordination, meal preparation, and household organization.

I founded Gentle Hands Elderly Care, developing a non-medical home care service centered on dignity, comfort, safety, companionship, and individualized support. I coordinated client needs, scheduling, family communication, service delivery, and day-to-day operations.

My experience also includes hospitality, guest service, customer concern resolution, and service-based business development across concierge, wellness, property, and customer-focused concepts. I bring practical strengths in scheduling, documentation, client relations, confidentiality, communication, and problem-solving.

I'm currently pursuing studies in Gerontology & Aging through UMGC and welcome opportunities to demonstrate my work ethic, adaptability, and potential through performance and results.
