What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters creativity and collaboration, where I can leverage my skills in technical writing and content strategy to drive user engagement and product success.

I am a dedicated information designer with a strong background in technical writing and content strategy. Over the years, I have built and maintained over four knowledge base sites, including API documentation for clients across Norway, the UK, and the UAE. My efforts have led to smoother developer onboarding, faster self-service, and a significant reduction in support tickets. I take pride in developing user guides and help files for various platforms, which have greatly improved customer onboarding and product adoption.

My experience extends beyond technical writing; I have successfully conceptualized and launched a custom furniture store driven by social media, generating millions in revenue within its first year.
