I am a seasoned technical writer and QA software tester with over fifteen years of experience in both private and public sectors. My journey began at Virginia Tech, where I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, emphasizing Public Relations and Marketing. Since then, I have honed my skills at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where I have taken on various roles, from Junior Technical Writer to my current position as a Technical Writer and QA Software Tester. My expertise lies in creating clear, concise documentation and ensuring software quality through rigorous testing processes.

Throughout my career, I have successfully authored and delivered comprehensive QA reports, developed user acceptance test cases, and collaborated with stakeholders to enhance documentation transparency. My ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality has been instrumental in my success. I have also contributed to significant projects, such as transferring internal application webpages to Drupal and documenting accessibility standards to ensure compliance with Section 508.
