What I'm looking for

I'm looking to take on my next adventure creating clear, high-quality technical documentation and learning new technologies in an engineering and technology environment.

At OMRON Robotics, I author user manuals, integrated help libraries, integration guides, and technical notes for palletizers and autonomous mobile robots. I reduced SME Q&A time by 45% by refining AI templates and resolved thousands of Jira issues across new products and sustaining publications.

Previously at B&R Industrial Automation, I managed a biannual 20-week engineering training program, trained more than 100 engineers, created video tutorials and interactive HMI demos, and supported engineers, OEMs, and distributors. My engineering background spans mechatronics, electrical and computer engineering technology, industrial controls, product support, and technical communication.
