I’m an HR & HSE professional with 5+ years supporting HR operations, payroll processes, employee relations, and compliance in corporate and industrial environments. I focus on payroll support, social security management, employee case handling, and administrative HR processes—always with strong documentation discipline.

In my recent roles at Falabella Colombia and Holcim Colombia, I supported payroll by tracking employee novelties and absences, managed social security processes (EPS, ARL, AFP, and compensation funds), and handled employee-related cases with follow-up and proper documentation.
