I launched the Process & IT Newsletter and Global Business Insider, creating executive interviews, articles, videos and campaigns that reached 45,000+ employees worldwide.
At CEMEX, I developed ADKAR-based change communications for CEMEX Go, Microsoft 365 and other digital transformation initiatives, while producing leadership messaging, Town Halls, webcasts, presentations and stakeholder communications. I also managed the global IT Student Program and created user-facing content for the CEMEX Go Link Portal to help customers understand API integrations.
Today, I gather business requirements and shape Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions at Gubit Consulting. I also write, host the Crea Tu Magia podcast, and create digital content from strategy through launch and distribution.
