What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead internal communications and project operations end-to-end—owning multi-channel campaigns, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and improving workflows with digital tools in a results-focused, collaborative environment.

I’m a communications, marketing, and project coordination strategist focused on internal communications and project operations. I lead multi-channel initiatives that align stakeholders, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable results in hybrid and remote environments.

At Tecnológico de Monterrey, I drive internal communications for high-impact institutional projects and events. I manage campaigns reaching 3,500+ internal users, coordinate up to 5 simultaneous initiatives, and develop editorial calendars while optimizing project tracking with digital tools.

Previously, as an Admissions Advisor, I managed and tracked prospective students through CRM and client relationship management tools, overseeing 300+ prospects per cycle. I also supported recruitment and outreach strategies and consistently hit 100% conversion and enrollment targets per campaign.

Since 2017, I’ve founded Makiba, where I develop communication, branding, and positioning strategies for 15+ clients and independent projects. I also bring strong operations and logistics experience from leading cultural and educational events with up to 1,500 attendees, plus corporate internal communications support for Michelin México.
