Supervised residential (and earlier commercial) appraisal staff and led mass revaluations, training, and appeals processes, defending county property valuations before Boards of Equalization, Hearing Officers, and Superior Court from 1999–2025.

Activities and societies: Georgia Department of Revenue certified Appraiser IV; courses approved and conducted through the Georgia Department of Revenue and University of Georgia.

Completed over 50 Mass Appraisal courses and Georgia Property Tax Law courses approved and conducted through the Georgia Department of Revenue and the University of Georgia; holds Georgia Department of Revenue Appraiser IV certification.
