I’m a Resolutions Manager and Reconsideration of Value Specialist who record and present data for department analytics so it’s easily understandable by executive management. I handle urgent requests, disgruntled parties, and co-worker inquiries, and I facilitate the ROV process from beginning to end—reviewing for accuracy, processing the request with the appraiser, and reviewing once received. I also discuss appraisal results with clients and explain the appraisal method when needed, while being ready to support other departments for immediate response and maintaining customer retention through exceptional service.

Earlier in my career, I served as an Escalations Specialist and Team Trainer, training the Escalations Team on current and new processes for both newer and experienced staff appraisers while maintaining the reconsideration of value process end to end. I supported moderate Information Technology issues and developed, coded, and maintained a ticketing system for production tracking, keeping a professional environment in a high-stress atmosphere. I also led Quality Control as a Team Lead by reviewing appraisals for lender and industry guideline compliance and writing lender-specific process documentation, and my work history—from technical licensing to safe vault and currency handling—reinforced my focus on accuracy, responsibility, and calm execution under pressure.
