At Mas Finance Service Ltd, I worked as a Back Office Executive handling multiple loan types—including Working Capital Loan, Consumer Durable Goods & Service loans, Automobile Industry loans, and Mudra loans. I supported documentation and verification using proof of ITR, audited financial sheets, bank statements, GST challans, and tax audit reports to support effective processing.

At Axis Bank, I served as a Customer Service Officer/Assistant Manager role, selling financial products by understanding customer requirements and cross-selling based on business needs. I handled daily customer communication through visits and calls, assisted with account operations (opening/closing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers), and resolved complaints while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
