What I'm looking for

I'm seeking full-time leadership roles where I can build and scale GCC or product engineering organizations, drive cloud and platform transformation, and partner with leadership teams on strategy, governance, and operational excellence.

I've built and scaled global product engineering organizations for Dell EMC, VMware, NetApp, and Giesecke+Devrient, including greenfield GCCs and distributed teams of more than 100 engineers.

At Giesecke+Devrient, I led a 50+ member organization for compact currency processing platforms and delivered the transformation from WinCE WinForms to a Yocto Linux embedded web platform across iMX6 and iMX8+ hardware.

I've led cloud, SaaS, virtualization, embedded-platform, DevOps, and operating-model transformations, combining roadmap ownership, governance, vendor management, and P&L accountability to improve delivery quality and optimize costs.
