I’m an Enterprise Technology Executive with 23+ years of experience building and scaling Global Capability Centres, engineering organizations, enterprise platforms, and AI-driven transformation programs across Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth technology companies. I’ve led organizations of over 250 professionals and technology operations of more than 1,500, managing technology portfolios exceeding $100M and impacting more than $50B in revenue. In my roles, I’ve established technology operating models, governance frameworks, and executive steering mechanisms to improve delivery excellence and organizational maturity.
Most recently, I’ve been leading enterprise AI and GCC capability development through executive advisory and consulting work, helping leaders accelerate AI adoption, platform engineering maturity, and GCC transformation. Previously at Thomson Reuters, I led Finance Technology across 20+ countries, including a $70M enterprise AI modernization program, cloud migration of 450+ applications to AWS, improved availability to 99.9%, and governance modernization to deliver 100% SOX compliance.
