At Housewise Services Pvt. Ltd., I manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of residential properties, from onboarding and tenant acquisition through renewals, move-outs, and final settlements. I coordinate with property owners, tenants, field staff, vendors, and internal teams to keep each stage moving.
I coordinate property marketing on Magicbricks and 99acres, tenant screening and documentation, inspections, and maintenance. I also maintain property records and MIS reports to track occupancy, vacancies, renewals, and operational activity.
I was recognised as Best Employee of the Month multiple times for operational and revenue performance, including achieving the highest monthly move-in performance. Earlier, I worked in customer support at Tech Mahindra, operations at Thyrocare Technologies Ltd., and accounts and operations at Emami Frankross Ltd.
