What I'm looking for

I'm looking for roles where I can strengthen compliance, fraud prevention, process improvement, and operational governance while collaborating across teams to improve customer-facing workflows.

I'm currently supporting payment compliance at Airbnb, conducting KYC verification, compliance reviews, fraud-risk assessments, and customer onboarding and monitoring activities.

Across Airbnb, Booking Holdings, and TTEC, I've investigated escalations and fraudulent activity, maintained SLA and governance standards, and improved customer-facing operational workflows. I've also supported audit activities, KPI reporting, process documentation, and cross-functional operational solutions.

At TTEC, I led business process improvement work using Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma methodology, including SOP creation, workflow documentation, automation support, and continuous-improvement projects.

I bring over five years of experience across KYC, fraud prevention, quality assurance, compliance, business process analysis, and operational governance in customer-facing and SaaS environments.
