I’m an Operations Manager and Clinical Pharmacist with 7+ years of progressive, remote-compatible leadership across healthcare, scientific publishing, and organisational management. I’m known for independently owning end-to-end workflows and communicating clearly through async, written collaboration.

In my current role, I lead operational delivery for 160+ journals across distributed, multi-timezone teams—from manuscript intake to final issue—coordinating editorial, production, and client work through digital platforms. I designed and continuously updated SOPs across four departments to support compliance with COPE and ICMJE standards, while also introducing email prioritisation frameworks and async protocols to remove bottlenecks.

I manage 100+ global stakeholders across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East entirely remotely, serving as a primary liaison for Editors-in-Chief, authors, reviewers, and institutional clients. I also created structured quality control checkpoints that reduced error rates across departments, with zero in-person oversight required.

Beyond journal operations, I coordinate a 2026 international medical conference fully remote from Karachi, handling speaker coordination, logistics, vendors, promotions, budgets, and cross-timezone deadlines. My digital-first leadership has earned recognition (including Best Performance Awards), and I’m currently strengthening my analytics focus through Google Analytics 4.
