I’m a pharmacist with experience across retail pharmacy operations, procurement, sales operations, and healthcare consulting. I focus on pharmaceutical care and patient counseling, while also strengthening inventory, supply chain performance, and regulatory compliance.

As an Implementation Lead, I’ve led operational improvement and implementation initiatives across 3 partner hospitals. I monitor compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, conduct audits and gap analyses, and track corrective actions through to resolution.

I manage operational, compliance, and supply chain KPIs to drive measurable performance improvement, and I standardize workflows and SOPs across hospital departments. I prepare executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership and support cross-functional change management with clinical, pharmacy, supply chain, and administrative stakeholders.

Previously, as a Pharmacy In-Charge / E-Commerce Lead, I ran daily pharmacy operations, supervised pharmacy staff, and optimized task distribution. I handled procurement and inventory control to maintain stock efficiency and reduce expiries through stock rotation, while managing Shopify and Foodpanda to scale online sales and increase monthly sales by approximately 60% through operational and sales improvements.
