Samy Herrera
@samyherrera
Product manager focused on digital products, who led 70 people across 12 tax-revenue projects.
MexicoWhat I'm looking for
At INFONAVIT, I planned and monitored Data Governance initiatives, reported weekly progress to the PMO, and documented processes aligned with CMMI. I also coordinated production releases and managed incidents and tickets.
At CHUBB / SYGNO, I planned and prioritized work for the AML project across three development cells. On-time delivery helped insurers meet their SESAS obligations and avoid regulatory fines.
At INFONAVIT (INDRA), I worked on TRM – Tax Revenue Management (Core), defining and adapting client requirements across up to 12 projects. I also performed unit and integration tests and managed incidents from testing and production.
My work has also included business requirements and testing for SINACAM, citizen-service systems at CNDH, and an Online Banking implementation that reduced branch queues. I’m looking to bring my outcome-driven approach to the vision and execution of a fast-growing digital product.
