At voestalpine Railway Systems and voestalpine Signaling Siershahn GmbH, I manage complete delivery lifecycles for railway infrastructure projects, from acquisition support and planning through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and closure.
I've contributed to or led delivery across 14 countries, including Mumbai Metro Line 3, Maya Train, and Hafeet Rail. I coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software, hardware, production, procurement, logistics, quality, and field service while protecting budgets, schedules, compliance, and client relationships. I also bring hands-on site leadership, tender support, supply chain improvement, and mentoring experience to multicultural project environments.
